We, the undersigned, stand united in demanding an end to the unlawful application of commercial trucking laws (FMCSRs) onto American citizens. This violation of our rights has created a national crisis — economically, constitutionally, and morally.

 

Across the country, states are using traffic stops, licensing schemes, and civil forfeiture under false pretenses — misapplying federal regulations meant only for commercial motor carriers. These actions violate the U.S. Constitution, create mass incarceration pipelines, suppress local economies, and destroy the trust between citizens and public servants.

 

The result? A catastrophic $3.9 trillion in lost GDP annually, millions of citizens wrongfully targeted, and a justice system rigged to protect itself rather than the people.
