We are asking the Key Biscayne Village Council to vote NO on the proposed zoning/code amendment for 303 Galen Drive and to require a comprehensive review of its impact on the Garden District, traffic, infrastructure, resiliency, and the future character of Key Biscayne.

The Village Council is considering a proposed zoning/code amendment involving 303 Galen Drive that would facilitate a development of approximately 14 stories in the Garden District.

This is about more than one building.

It could set a precedent for the future scale and character of development on Key Biscayne.

We are asking the Village Council to:
