Update:
Tomorrow morning may be my last chance.
Right now, the judge is in chambers making decisions about my son’s future without my documents on the record—because once again, I was in the hospital and physically couldn’t get them filed on time.
I’ve been fighting for months to have my voice and evidence heard. This system punishes parents who are sick, poor, or disabled. It punishes the truth.
Tomorrow, I will try one more time to get these documents in front of the court. This could be my only chance to make sure my son’s story—and mine—are not silenced.
But this is bigger than me.
This is about how family courts, child protection services, and the police silence survivors and protect abusers. It’s about the parents who lose their children because of systemic bias. It’s about the survivors who are told their voices don’t matter, while the people who harmed them get more power.
That’s why I’ve rebranded this movement as the Fight for Truth.
We are fighting for truth on behalf of every parent, every survivor, every silenced voice. We are fighting against corruption, secrecy, and injustice in systems that were meant to protect us but instead re-traumatize us.
My case is just one example. If it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.
By signing and sharing this petition, you’re standing not only with my son and I, but with every family who has been failed by these systems.

You can also choose to share your story. You can do so anonymously. But it’s time to stop the silence they have imposed on us! You can fill out this form and choose to share as much as little as you want.
This is how we show them the truth can’t be buried. This is how we Fight for Truth.
