🚨 NEW EVIDENCE BEING SUBMITTED — FOR THE COURT, FOR THE POLICE, AND FOR MY CHILD’S SAFETY
This week, I am submitting Exhibits as part of my sworn affidavit to the family court. These contain photographic, written, and digital proof of psychological instability, escalating violence, and abusive conduct by David Pierson — the man who still has access to my son.
These exhibits include:
📸 Photos of David attempting to hang himself from our son’s bunkbed, preparing to jump from our balcony, and the bloody knife he used while chasing me and cutting himself — during a violent episode where I was locked in the bathroom for 3 hours.
💬 Text messages and emails from David showing emotional instability, manipulative behavior, disturbing thought patterns, and signs of psychological deterioration that were ignored by the system.
🧾 These materials have been submitted to the police and will be to the court this week to support my request for safer access arrangements and accountability.
📌 David’s access hasn’t just stayed the same — it’s increased.
📌 My visits were taken away because I spoke out.
📌 The people supervising my calls with my son are David’s own relatives.
📌 I know this is messy — but it’s time the world heard real life.
This is not a smear campaign — this is a matter of safety.
📌 I am a mother. I am a survivor. I did everything I was supposed to do — and I’m still fighting to be heard.
