On July 23, 2025, I received an official disclosure package from Child and Family Services of Grand Erie. Along with it came a strict warning: I am not allowed to post or share any documents, images, audio, or video from the disclosure — even though this material directly impacts my life, my child’s safety, and the justice I’ve been fighting for.
Let me be absolutely clear:
✅ I will not be publishing confidential records.
✅ I will respect the legal boundaries of disclosure.
✅ But I will not be silenced.
What I can do — and what I will continue to do — is speak the truth about what happened to me and my child.
I will speak about the harm we’ve suffered.
I will speak about what I’ve witnessed and lived.
I will speak about the systems that failed us — and the people still trying to keep me quiet.
I have the Charter-protected right to speak out, to raise awareness, and to advocate for reform. These rights do not disappear just because I’m a mother fighting for her child. In fact, that makes them all the more vital.
✍️
Have you been silenced, too?
If you’ve ever been ignored, dismissed, or threatened by family services, the courts, or police — I want to hear your story. You can stay anonymous if you need to. I’m collecting stories to show this is not just about one mother — it’s about a pattern.
