The owners and management of Charm City Medicus have taken a position against the #blacklivesmatter movement. There are multiple suppliers in Maryland that support CCM and supply them with cannabis products and companies that support racism are equally as responsible for allowing racism and discrimination to continue.

A few days ago, Lynn H, a receptionist at Charm City Medicus in Baltimore MD walked out from her position at Charm City Medicus after being asked to remove makeup that supports the #blacklivesmatter movement. CCM openly supports blue lives, police, fire, and other organizations and allows employees and security guards to openly support blue lives. 

There was not a formal dress code at the time when Lynn was reprimanded.  In their “apology” letter, they did not in any way admit that they were wrong and show no remorse for the loss of their employee. 

As a responsible, ethical corporation, we are asking that you stop providing cannabis products to a racist and discriminatory organization.  In addition, all MD growers, producers and retail suppliers need to stop selling products and affiliating with a racist organization that has a history of discrimination.
