We would like to raise awareness to the ongoing issue of Stereotyping

Some examples to Stereotyping are:

•  Racism
• Sexism - People think that just because a person is a female they have to do the cooking and cleaning. Some people think that just because a person is male they have to do all weight related things that women don't attribute to. Four gender Stereotypes are Personality Traits, Occupancy, Behavior, Appearance. For Occupancy, for example nurses are Stereotypically a female job and doctors are Stereotypically supposed to be men. Nearly 80% of children across the world see this. Children are heavily influenced by gender Stereotypes when it comes to empire of work. 
• People assume things without knowing what the story is.

This is something we need to address now before it's too late to hold action on. We need to stop Stereotyping and create freedom and diversity for all 9 billion people on this planet which is overflowing with Stereotypical minds. Globally, three in four (73%) of people state that they see, hear or know people who have a Stereotypical of thinking (Out of most has been childrens thoughts.)

Out of 1000 children polled, 43% of children said pilots are men and bosses while 38% said women should look after their children and do all the household duties while to man is off making money.  

• "You'd associate children with women because they feel more comfortable with a lady as they are more sweethearted."     
• "Doctors are mostly manly" 
• "Nurses have to be a female Occupancation."
• "The dentist is 75% of the time a man and the helper is a female."
• "Women have to take care of their children while the men have to work to get money for the family."

I hope this changes your view on Stereotyping as this is a long term thought on everyone's minds, "Will Stereotypism ever end?" If you think we should do nothing about this ongoing matter, ask yourself are you happy that 3/4 children think women should be stuck in the house doing household duties because they are "more sweethearted"
