The Planning application for this proposal was submitted in August when most Parish Council's have a break from meeting. However we're in Yorkshire and we won't be defeated!!

So far Bedale Town Council and Exelby, Leeming and Londonderry Parish Council have both held meetings and have voted against the proposals. This is a rushed application with many errors and omissions. The Thorp Perrow Estate may have made the land available however it's the wrong place for such a development and local opposition to it is growing.
