Senators: I have obtained Senator support for getting legislation presented next session to introduce changes to Oregon payroll/BOLI law. (Reminder: In Washington the limit for employer to collect overages is 90 days, this does not exist in Oregon). Like any other agency it will not be a quick fix as it would be 2023 if and when introduced and then has to be voted. I will be reaching out to our PEAC committee and other unions who have successfully lobbied changes on next steps/help.
BOLI/L&I: I have posted information in a previous update. Please file claims to these agencies it’s another tracking system.
