VERIFY BEFORE SIGNING OR IT WONT COUNT!
Hello! This is a petition against SSO’s huge ban waves, affecting innocent people and punishing people way in an inhumane manner, hear me out. 
1. This petition is mainly for criticizing their way of banning people, and to change it. Right now they’ve already banned 130,000-260,000 players worldwide in one go, which for all you defenders out there realize that it’s impossible to do by hand. An AI has been involved, even if SSO says others wise since it’s impossible for a little office to go through that huge amount in a few hours. But the real reason why this is wrong, is the fact that you’re not given a warning, a chance for redemption, or even a chance to ever come back. Almost all games have a strike system, since valuing your players are actually pretty important. Just like in real life if you do wrong, correcting yourself and changing your ways should always be an option. If kid me cheated years ago, I shouldn’t be banned today since I’ve changed and stopped (this is just an example). Even if it’s against their terms and service to cheat, letting an AI permaban accounts with a slight difference is inhumane and brutal, because I know there’s a lot of people out there who would stop cheating to save their accounts. I’m not saying they should remove bans. There should be warnings, weekly bans, monthly, and even a year ban before it’s permanent. Idk why they decided to do this, but it’s wrong.

2. A lot of third party users (I’m talking about things like SSO services and coat mods) are actually old players or players who have already spent a lot of money on the game. They’re usually very loyal and active costumers who wants to have fun in SSO, but the games lack of interesting content has been an ignored issue for a very long time, which increases the demand for new things. THEM ignoring people and their players wishes for more content, is a big reason why the cheaters have went up. And since they won’t purposely stop tricking us with fancy titles but boring updates, i honestly can’t blame the cheaters. Even tho they’ve for example spawned in free xp jars, they’ve still spend thousands of dollars on your game and should BE MORE CARED ABOUT. Every player matters, so why is SSO nonchalantly saying that they “only” banned 0,5% of active players? Around 200,000 active spenders doesn’t matter to you? Even tho you have money problems?

3. And once again, the reasons. Being permanently banned because you bought gold ribbons in 2024 or bought horse leveling services to level up your horses is NOT permanent ban worthy. It’s wrong and it’s “cheating” yes, but when people said they wanted to ban cheaters this is not what they meant. Ignoring to focus on data miners and speed cheaters, they only care about people who are looking to have fun without affecting everyone. This is history repeating itself, since SSO several times has shown us they prioritize bugs who entertain people over bugs that actually ruin the game for players. 

Their fan base is angry and their player count is falling, them being nonchalant about this is not as badass as they think. Cheating is wrong, but cheating is not black and white. Cheaters are people, people deserve more than one chance. Thanks for reading, please sign so sso can see this!
