The year of 2000, I was hit by a drunk and high driver in which the sheriff that arrived was afraid to test the girl coming home from a graduation party because the sheriff's daughter was in the same school as the girls father and he was the superintendent of the school. I had a lousy attorney, and a truly excellent group of doctors and surgeons. It was decided that I was 100% permanently disabled from injuries to my neck, low back, and left leg. I had a surgeon tell me not to have the surgery until I was not able to walk anymore otherwise I would still be in a wheelchair at a younger age. It is now the year of 2024, and I am in absolute pain and terrible shape both physically and mentally. I worked very hard and diligently to be a participating member of society for 18 years and I did so with a serious amount of pain. I have in the last year, been unable to walk correctly and sometimes not at all. I sometimes fall for no reason, I have no feeling in two or three of the fingers in my left hand. I have roughly 50% feeling left in both of my legs and my feet go numb and my toes go numb almost all the time. The pain has been so bad that sometimes it affects my eyesight and I am no longer able to work a normal job. The reason for this petition. I have filed for my disability to be reinstated so I can receive the proper medical attention, therapy, and psychological counseling in reference to me being an older man and not being able to work any longer.  I cannot sit stand or walk for long periods, and there is proof of this.  My claim was denied by Social Security Disability and it was denied under false pretense. I received a letter stating that I had to call by November 3rd 2024 or my claim would be denied. However, a letter dated for November 1st 2024 and already denied me. The Social Security Disability Office sent me to the IMA group for physical and psychological determination. These two doctors not only teared up with me because of how bad I've become, but they could also see that I was not able to physically work a solid job or sustain myself properly. They both suggested that I needed therapy immediately. They also determined that my eyesight is failing probably because of the pain in my neck. However, the Social Security Disability Office states that these doctors did not find any disability with me. When you visit the IMA group, you have to agree that you do not record any video or audio of the encounter or visit with the doctors. This gives the Social Security Disability Office the ability to not only falsify the claim, but also falsify any information that's passed from the doctors and that's if the doctors are being honest. This is a paid doctor's office working for the Social Security Disability Office. This petition is for everyone who has a true disability and this petition is for those who truly should be approved immediately and not be subject to going to a doctor's office and being falsified or having a false determination under false pretenes. This petition is to somehow stop the Social Security disability office or organization from ruining people's lives who have paid into the system. These disabilities range anywhere is from our veterans, our elderly, people with natural born disabilities, or people like myself who've had disabilities in the past and these disabilities don't get any better but only get worse. The Social Security disability office or Administration needs to be held responsible for the evil acts that they are committing against people who really are disabled and who have worked to pay into the system even with pain. I worked for 18 years in pain to be a participating member of this society and system only to be falsely denied . It is in my opinion that the adjuster or the adjusters supervisor needs to be fired and the Social Security Disability Administration should be sued or fined for this atrocity . Please help me in sending the message to our social security disability Administration and help me correct this Injustice for the American people and just people in general. Thank you
