The below residents of District 1 want to bring to the attention of the Orange County Commissioners, the Mayor, the OCSO and Orange County staff, the need for there to be an immediate crackdown of excessive speeding throughout District 1, the late night/early morning street racing and enforcement of the current no texting while driving law. 

Due to the explosion of growth within District 1, and in many cases, an infrastructure incapable of accommodating the volume of vehicles on the roadways, the speeding, texting while driving and street racing have created treacherous roadway conditions that the below residents urge you, as our leadership and law enforcers, to take seriously and come up with solutions, including stronger enforcement, that will work to eradicate these dangerous roadway conditions.
