Can the government legally conduct geoengineering and aerosol spraying with out addressing the concerns of the public? Our collective health and the health of our planet is at great risk. We are being sprayed almost daily with chemical aerosols. These practices have not been tested for safety. No one has consented to these experiments and there is no long term data as to how this will effect the our environment. We need to stop the intentional spraying of 20 to 30 million tons of toxic metal particles into the air. You're breathing it right now. Community leaders call it "dangerous" and "highly-toxic". It is the largest aerial operation in human history and is raising serious concerns among scientists about its relationship to repidly emerging illnesses in plants, animals, and in humans. It's expensive, destructive, and it needs to be stopped; and PROVEN safe before it continues. This manipulation of nature is completely unnatural and could have extreme consequences.
