Tell California not to use tax payer money to fund the environmentally destructive and expensive Sites Reservoir at http://tinyurl.com/CAwater2021 at 9:30, then comment to the Sites Authority on the EIR/EIS a 6pm @ https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82078299345 Sites Reservoir will be used to fill the Delta tunnel.
