CAUSE:

We demand Shabria Jachay Holder, also known as Shabria Jachay Williams, maiden name, Williams to come to a legal agreement to allow visitation rights on behalf of T.W., O.W., and I.W. (initials are used for all three children’s names) to visit their Paternal Father, Isaiah Deshawn Johnson, their Paternal Grandmother, Vivian Jeanette Cole, and the rest of their Paternal Father’s family members.

• Shabria has moved out of the state of KENTUCKY to the state of ILLINOIS without informing the three children (above) Paternal Father and his family members.
• Shabria has not allowed any form of communication with, to, or about the three children (above).
• Shabria has ignored and blocked all forms of communication with, to, or about the three children (above).
• Shabria has stopped all visitation with the Paternal Father, Isaiah Deshawn Johnson, the Paternal Grandmother, Vivian Jeanette Cole, and the rest of the Paternal Father’s family members.
• Shabria has threatened to not allow her own family members to see the three children (above) if they were to allow the three children (above) to visit the Paternal Father, Isaiah Deshawn Johnson, Paternal Grandmother, Vivian Jeanette Cole, and the rest of the Paternal Father’s family members.

ACTION:

T.W., O.W., and I.W. have the right to a family. According to Family and Children’s Rights, “the right to a family allows them to be connected to their history, know who their family are, and offers a protective perimeter against the violation of their rights. Children separated from their families become easy victims of violence, exploitation, trafficking, discrimination and all other types of abuse. Even so, it is sometimes the case that the family which should in principle be protecting the child is in fact inflicting the abuse.”

Yes, Paternal Father, Isaiah Deshawn Johnson, their Paternal Grandmother, Vivian Jeanette Cole, and the rest of Paternal Father’s family members aren’t stating that Shabria Jachay Holder, also known as Shabria Jachay Williams, maiden name, Williams, isn’t carrying out the duties as a mother as in: Residence Establishment, Supervision, Schooling/Education, Health, Safety, Maintenance, etc.
