For the past seven years, I have been a victim of relentless harassment from an individual named Sharaina Olson. This has not only included electronic stalking and invasive tracking but also unwarranted attempts to contact my family and friends. The constant degradation, particularly targeting my homosexuality, has led to inclusive PTSD for me.

As her former neighbor, I was subjected to verbal assaults that have continued even after moving away. The harassment now extends beyond me, affecting my family and friends as well. This situation has significantly impacted my life; once a happy-go-lucky person who could light up any room I walked into, I now find it challenging to leave my house or attend social gatherings due to the fear instilled by this ongoing harassment.

In Austin, Texas where I reside, it is a criminal offense under Penal Code Section 42.07(a)(7) for anyone to intentionally cause emotional distress by harassing another person online or offline - yet this law seems ineffective in our case.
