Drug addiction is a chronic, often relapsing brain disease, that is NOT the result of BAD Parenting, which this billboard implies.
Est and growing daily 22 Million people are currently suffering with Substance Use Disorder 23 Million other are living in Recovery So this health department would like you to believe we have over 90 million bad parents in the US today.

What is most shameful is that a health department posted this on a large billboard for all to see.  Isn't there enough stigma and shame surrounding this disease?
