They are sexualizing the women on our social media because of the clothing they wear and we sell for music festivals. The city of Claremont has approved our business license and now taken it back because of these local businesses named Bert and Rocky’s co, studio c, Claremont eatery, bunny gunner and arttoneone. All of which are on instagram. Those businesses believe that we the rave box do not belong in Claremont as a store because they are making up lies on how a rave store is a sex store. That is not true. They are making up lies that we will have sex toys to sell and do sex acts in the back. Absolutely not true the rave box is a family business. They also have been telling the city that they believe our customers will walk around the city showing there ass and nipples just because of the outfits our customers wear to raves and festivals. They also are telling the city that if the city lets us move in officially that myself and my children will not be able to go to the library to check out books, we will be refused service to any restaurant as well. They have been at this for 2 months now and we are losing income daily. WE NEED TO OPEN WE DESERVE TO OPEN! And all of the women who rave are not sexual items just because of the clothing they wear to fedtivals! Stop judging women on how they dress! We are being stopped from opening our store just because those women do not like the way us ravers dress and they do not like what we sell. Labeling us as a sex shop and sex workers! They have told the city that any women who wears rave wear are prostitutes and that their city doesn’t need them walking around! The women who rave are not prostitutes and have jobs like everyone else. A rave store is not a sex shop it is a family friendly store with trendy clothing and accessories like hats, makeup, eyelashes, coffee cups, fur jackets and more! PLEASE STOP THE CITY OF CLAREMONT FROM DISCRIMINATING AGAINST THE CLOTHING THAT WE SELL AND STOP SEXUALIZING WOMEN JUST BECAUSE OF THERE OUTFIT!
