The government is still in denial - they need to listen to us
Jan 31, 2017 — This government was elected on manifesto pledge that stated: "The amount of money following your child into school will be protected. As the number of pupils increases, so will the amount of money in our schools."
This has now been refuted by the National Audit Office, the Public Accounts Committee and even the Permanent Secretary of the Department for Education.
Per pupil funding is being cut.
Schools minister Nick Gibb MP thinks that his government's funding plans are all about "fairness" and that budgets are being "protected".
'Alternative facts' brought to you by the Minister for Schools.
Don't let them get away, help us get as many parents as possible to make the case for decent funding for our kids' schools.
