A proposal has been submitted to build a school on 5 Ravenna Drive, despite the fact that this location is NOT zoned for such a use. If approved, this development would significantly affect the character and safety of our quiet residential area.

According to the proposal, the school would include:

 • 160 students

 • 25 dormitory students living on-site

 • Only 19 parking spaces for staff, residents, and visitors

 • Daily car and bus traffic for drop-off, pick-up, deliveries, and events

This is our opportunity to make our voices heard and protect the peaceful, residential nature of our neighborhood. Your presence at this hearing is crucial. The more residents who show up in opposition, the clearer the message to the zoning board that this proposal does NOT have the support of the community.
