We, PC players, purchased EA FC 26, many of us paying extra for the Ultimate Edition with early access, expecting a premium experience.
Instead, this is what we got:

Controllers stop working mid-match.
Major bugs make online play unplayable.
EA admitted the issue (“We’re investigating reports from PC players...”) but days have passed without updates or fixes.
Selling a broken product at full price, without timely fixes or proper communication, is unacceptable and disrespectful to customers.

👉 We demand that EA:

Provide clear and regular communication on the fix status.
Release an urgent patch to make the PC version playable.
Offer refunds to players unable to enjoy the game.
We call on all affected PC players to sign this petition and show EA that we deserve better.
