SB 317 has been "parked" in the NC Senate Rules Committee. The legislative offices have been overwhelmed with citizen calls in opposition to the bill; we salute you all.
We are asked to communicate that phone calls to legislators on this one matter are no longer needed on SB317.
We are still working on HB 252 and HB 409 which also drastically reduce local zoning authority.
