MY STORY:

At our recent HOA community meeting in Bothell, Snohomish County, something became very clear - our neighbors are struggling.

A retired couple shared how their property tax bill has jumped so dramatically they're considering selling the home they've lived in for 20 years. A young family talked about choosing between their tax bill and their children's activities. A first-time buyer said they're being priced out before they even get started.

These aren't statistics. These are our neighbors. Our community. Our Washington.

That's why we launched this petition. Not to eliminate essential services. But to demand that every tax increase is justified, transparent, and approved by the voters who pay for it.
