A big thank you to all of you who have signed the Petition!

The Resource Consent is still "On Hold" awaiting further information from the applicant. This is again regarding the noise levels and they have had to amend their acoustic modelling to fit into the DP requirements.

Even with the changes to the Festival hours it will still mean 39hours of Noise, over 3 days, not to mention the road disruption with 10000 people coming and going, plus all the support services, artists etc

The CCC are close to passing the Resource Consent onto the Independent Commissioner who will make the decision whether the Submission is to be Non Notified, Limited Notification, or Public Notification.

If everyone can share and get at least one more signature each, this will give us a bigger voice.
