Animals are our buddies along with other living organisms in our ecosystem. I have long adored seeing deers, mooses, rabbits and other animals online. I once saw a deer personally on my visit to the zoo and it amazed me seeing their features that fit beautifully on them. Every animals and insects have a place on this earth together with us, humans. 

2020 saw the collection of data from 90 European roadkill surveys by Clara Grilo of the University of Aveiro in Portugal and her colleagues, who came to the conclusion that 29 million mammals and 194 million birds perish annually on Europe's roads. Comparable calculations indicate that over 350 million vertebrate animals are killed by traffic in the United States annually.

It is time to recognize the impact of speeding on the road and stop being careless. We are not the only ones using the road, many animals use the road to cross the other side.
