These torture programs are not isolated crimes (although in some places they appear to be). This form of well-orchestrated programs may likely affect ALL literally sooner or later. Please emphasize this possibility when sharing our petition link.

Check out the book 'New World War: Revolutionary Methods for Political Control' (2010), by Author - Mark M. Rich (himself a Targeted Individual) that shows an integrated plan of the shadow elite where such torture programs fit in.
