Here are updates about the state of Mass Surveillance in India and globally. The Covert surveillance and remote no-touch torture strategies (that we as TIs are suffering daily from) are linked to the push towards a George Orwellian totalitarian Fascist surveillance society in book '1984' - still-popular - though written about 70 years back. 

The 'No-Touch' torture strategy facilitated by high-technology today makes deniability of crimes easier and renders all democratic laws invalid or nearly useless here. They will shrewdly use this till they reduce the constitutional rights as less as possible - and after that they then need not have to pretend to be a democratic world any longer.
