engineer from tamilnadu, i undergo this unwilling satellite harrasment and mind control program for 8 years,
i am gonna talk abt why its done, but please look into this issue soon, because its seems to be like genocide program.
this wireless communication for citizens of any country is not done in proper way , with medical ethics.
this wireless neural mind control communication system creates more radiation in mind to make it expand and contract in every concious and sub concious message.
this high radiation communication and physcotronic weapons are banned in many developed countries as non leathal weapons.
only Asian countries has no awareness on this wireless neural mind control program.

already there are many FIR complaints in many states in india, still its not handeld properly by any police officer properly consulting right expert.
simply they deny its does not exit.
so please i want Hounourable PM to look into this covert harrasment program on citizens to be banned. if its compulsion for everycitizens to compromise there human rights then we want regulations and ethics to be followed. then it must published in newspapers to create awareness for everyone.
