1. Please read book : 'Hidden Evil - The Financial Elite's Covert War against the Civilian Population' by TI - MARK M. RICH. Free PDF is available at his website at www.newworldwar.org He clearly explains the source of all this torture worldwide having experienced all the torture we have and still experience daily. That book will be a starting point for TIs to really understand that it is not about you as an individual why you were targeted - actually this torture infrastructure is being franchised out to various contractors everywhere to test it out on suitable victims. Some places it runs like a purely technology-driven project. Other places its used to silence social activists, whistleblowers and other undesirables, those that gained the enmity of big businesses etc.
2. I suggest we do not get too absorbed by the high-technology aspects which are indeed unbelievably advanced. Realize that about 100 years of R & D in human torture experiments, neural sciences, and psychology done in Europe, USSR, and later in USA have been integrated to create this bio-communication war system. HOWEVER HIGH-TECH IT SEEMS, REMEMBER THIS SYSTEM STILL DEPENDS ON YOUR REACTIONS TO IT. YOU STILL HAVE SOME POWER - SO PLEASE REMIND YOURSELF THAT DAILY.
3. If you believe in God and Mantras, these may divert attention from the harassers somewhat well, I find.
4. Its a war between the dark force and God actually. (This harassment program is a combination of occult/witchcraft and technology essentially). The financial elite worship Satan and are sabotaging God's creations wherever they can. Read about Illuminati and their future plan called NEW WORLD ORDER (NWO) into which all this war-style torture actually fits into. A few important American Military Staff also were publicly-known Satanists! A well-known American Military staff who combined a military career, mind-control, psychological warfare and Satanism was Lt. Col. Michael A. Aquino, Ph. D. who founded a new Satanic Church itself and has authored a book called 'Mindwar'!

5. Scale down your life's expectations a bit - as these perpetrator teams usually settle around TIs for quite some time, as I observed.
