Go Via, the tolling ombudsmen and the tolling offenses unit have all ignored our petition and wont even give me a name of somebody to present our petition to! The response from both the tolling ombudsman is that it is online and they can assess it if they want to, the tolling offense unit said it had nothing to do with them its for Go Via and i have left messages with Go Via and had no response. 25 000 of their customers are unhappy and they don't even find it important enough to address. This is not good enough and i am taking this further. I have teamed up with Jeffrey Hodges and i feel this is a great step in the right direction at ending the tolls. There is also another petition specifically asking Shannon Fentiman and the Minister for transport to initiate an investigation into the excessive fees and charges made by QM/Govia and to end the tolls. It has been a slow process but i have wanted to give them the time to listen to our petition and change the excessive fees, this hasn't been achieved so now i will fight not only myself but for all 25 011 of you.
