At a meeting Sept. 5, with councilor Terry Wong and developers, developers presented a carbon copy of what we saw on city street signs exactly a year ago.  Minor changes -- set-backs, an extra parking spot, but nothing monumental.  36 rental units, trees mowed down (presumably), insufficient parking and density far past norms and regulations.
