Global News reported this morning that the mayor has allocated 6 days for the Public Hearings to start April 22 regarding rezoning.  This is a reflection of the number of Calgary residents who wish to speak out against the rezoning. 

The recent standing room only crowds in community meetings regarding rezoning no doubt had a role to play in this decision.
