Nothing in the literature mentions seniors, as we know a growing demographic.  The building has stairs, lots of stairs.

PS.  One of the cutest wartime houses (east, directly across 19th St. from the proposed development) has a for sale sign.  A little birdie told me this movement out of West Hillhurst is another consequence of the signage they are looking at across the street and therefore the proposed tear down and builds .
