Please sign our petition to stop the rezone and stop the build of 78 duplexes being built . 

On a back country road sits a generational community of single family generational homes, horse farms and lots of wildlife including Giant Woodpeckers and Bald Eagles have been spotted . 

The property we’re asking to reverse the rezone is 15.9 acres mainly wetlands . The plan is to build 78 townhomes or duplexes with a retention pond and a walking path around it , no playground for children to play or even a pool for families to enjoy during our hot Florida summers. Building these living structures will cause irreparable harm to the current character of our neighborhood  and the wildlife will suffer. A horse farms resides right across the street 

We’re protesting and asking for the rezone to be reversed from and RLD-60  to a PUD . The RLD-60 zoning allowed  two homes per acre because the plot of land doesn’t have sewage . The PUD allows developers to build living structures with minimum restrictions.
