Many places have begun to analyze how best to tackle the problem of police brutality.

Pennsylvania recently implemented a 'Wandering Officer' law that keeps a detailed database of fired police officers in order to better inform police departments of who they may be hiring. But studies show that rehired officers are far more likely to be accused of "moral character violations". They need to stay off the streets. Everywhere.

Please help us push for the permanent removal of fired cops. We need more than a database, we need a dishonorable discharge clause. And for that, we need more voices.
