Sesame Street is expected to begin civil proceedings against People's Education Group (Kidsland). Mr. Yide Lin (林義德先生) owns Kidsland.
People's Education Group consists of 300 employees, about 2500 students, and 13 Sesame Street private cram school (補習班) branches throughout The Republic Of China. It is currently committing fraud against its clients.
Sesame Street offers the world classic children's songs. Sesame Street consistently promotes "we all live in the same world". The idea is to work together to make our same world healthier. Mr. Yide Lin adds subversion to the idea.
Mr. Yide Lin continues to promote teamwork and cooperation as his principles. He expects his clients to trust their teachers. But he terminates teacher contracts to cover coercion, threats, fraud, and abuses of power.
Mr. Yide Lin permits Ms. Clare Chiang (江佩樺小姐) to deceive you.
Here's the problem: people can be conservative, shy, and hide shame. Taiwanese people love to help others. The act of hiding shame is called fraud when large businesses do it to take more money from their clients.
Ms. Clare Chiang has used unqualified Sesame Street teachers for teaching demonstrations. She also permitted a teacher to overnight alone with grade 1 and 2 students in a hotel room. Ms. Clare Chiang knew the teacher was in jail for many years before she hired him.
Is this something you want to know about your teachers before you allow your children to overnight, alone, with the teacher?
Ms. Clare Chiang knew the teacher was in jail. Why didn't she tell you? The Republic Of China Legal Aid Foundation thinks the teacher was convicted of "sexual embarrassment" offences.
The Republic Of China Tuition And Education Act Article 9(4) is intended to prevent individuals like Mr. Lin from hiring teachers with criminal records.
Most incredibly, Mr. Lin allows managers Ms. Denise Xu (徐乙彤小姐) and Ms. Stacy Huang (黃姿瑜小姐) to threaten the teacher because the teacher thought you should know!
In effect, Mr. Yide Lin directly denies you your constitutional liberties. He does this to make sure his clients don't leave. Here is an example. Ms. Clare Chiang is very good at saying the right thing to you. When you have a problem, Ms. Chiang accepts responsibility. Ms. Chiang will always reassure you, and tell you what you need to hear.
Ask Ms. Clare Chiang why she asked Ms. Xu and Ms. Huang to threaten a teacher for 1.5 hours on 28 Dec 2017. The teacher recorded the conversation because he knows that you need help understanding how dangerous the education at this school is.
Most recently, Mr. Yide Lin allowed false testimony in court on 17 Sept 2018. I can offer no rational explanation except to hide shame for Mr. Yide Lin. As far as I'm concerned, Kidsland managers have lost their minds.
It does not help you to teach your children to be dishonest. A dishonest school can only teach dishonesty. If you allow your children to learn dishonesty, their little lies can turn into great crime later in life. Worse of all, a child who learns to lie is the same child who will contact older people on the internet to trade sex for money. It's not the best for your child.

I asked my Sesame Street students "How many of you lie about your age on Facebook?" Every student said, "I did." In fact, one teenager sent me a sexy picture. She was 17. I told her it was not allowed. She also sent me a picture of a diamond ring. She said a doctor from The United States wants to marry her.
The Taiwan government allowed Ms. Clare Chiang (江佩樺小姐) to begin criminal proceedings against me for being honest with parents. If Taiwan does not be careful, China is able to conquer Taiwan in international court for the crimes that Taiwan allows people like Mr. Yide Lin (林義德先生) to commit! China is correct to control the internet for Chinese students. Taiwan is not like China. Taiwan wants to be a member of The United Nations. Share this petition even without signing it!
Sesame Street China will need to sever its legal ties with Kidsland unless Mr. Yide Lin agrees to settle these matters quickly outside of court.
