This is a petition to stop the unlawful arrests and prosecutions of medical marijuana patients and caregivers with doctors approval or recommendation. Today a large portion of America either smokes marijuana or approves of it, and there are many attempts to change the current marijuana laws. This is another attempt to at least protect the medical marijuana patients and their caregivers on a local, state, and federal level.
