Quick update to let you know that we have over 7800 signatures asking state legislators to enact anti-predatory towing laws to protect Iowans and visitors to Iowa from predator tow companies like Crow Tow!
I am looking for any apartment complexes, mobile home parks, HOA's, businesses that contract with Crow Tow for unauthorized parking. I will be visiting any location that I hear of to look for intentional tow traps, misleading or confusing signs, heavy patrol and surveillance, whether there is an issue with available parking spaces etc. I believe Crow Tow is paying these places kickbacks for each car towed so it's time to start calling them out- there are towing companies who aren't stealing cars from driveways for no reason and are only towing when its necessary so why do these places keep using Crow Tow? Especially with the complaints of theft of personal items and horrible treatment you receive by Crow Tow employees. So please contact me and let me know of any places contracting with Crow Tow.
