Hi Everyone!

It has been awhile since I have done an update on Crow Tow and I honestly hoped that I wouldn't have to. When Polk County dropped Crow Tow I hoped that would be enough of a wake up call for them to stop the predatory towing practices and stop harming innocent people but they have not.

If you have not read the updates on the petition I strongly recommend that you do to see all of the info that I have received about Crow Tow since starting this petition 5 years ago.

I do not have faith that the Des Moines City Council will do anything. Not only did they refuse to cancel his contract - they have renewed it, granting Crow Tow the towing contract for the city of Des Moines - Below shows the council members, a few of them have terms ending next year so keep that in mind when its voting time. More than 7000 people asked the city council to end the contract with crow tow and they did nothing.

It is time to take the petition to the Iowa House of Representatives and to the Iowa Senate and ask them to enact Anti-Predatory Towing Laws.  

Other towing companies do not operate under predatory practices. If we cannot get the City Council to remove the one that does then we need laws in place that protect us.

I will be working over the next few weeks, getting our petition turned towards enacting legislation to end Crow Tows Predatory Towing Practices.
