Crow Tow is the only towing company in Des Moines that has received the worst rating possible by the BBB (Currently rated F with over 20 BBB complaints) 

We understand that complaints are very likely with a company that has to perform undesirable actions to members of the public - but Crow Tow has abused their position with holding the city contract.

To compare, Capital City Towing currently has the contract with Pleasant Hill Police Dept and Carlisle Police Dept - and has managed to maintain an A+ rating with the BBB and the BBB has received 0 complaints on them.

Complaints made against Crow Tow are much more than unhappy auto owners dealing with a towed vehicle- there are claims of damage to vehicles, theft of personal belongings, overcharged credit cards, etc etc.

If you haven't already shared the petition please do so. We have almost 1000 signatures demanding the city council end the contract with Crow Tow and we will keep fighting until we see change.
