Port Arthur Animal shelter needs to be accountable for the neglect and abuse of the animals they are suppose to save. There has been recent footage of tiny baby kittens left in cages to die in their own feces and urine and starvation. There is footage of dogs extremely sick and wet from being directly sprayed while employees are supposed to be cleaning kennels. The dogs are covered in feces and urine and are clearly very I’ll and nothing is being done to help them. When the ACO is called on a abuse and neglect case he rarely shows up and when he does he does NOT do a thorough investigation. He needs to be replaced and soon!  Please sign this petition and hope we can make changes for all these poor animals that have already lived a life of hate and neglect they should feel safe when at the shelter, they should be fed, vetted, kept warm.  Sign this to give them a voice!!   If change isn’t made then we as humans have failed! We have to change this before more die at the hands of Port Arthur Animal Shelter’s ACO and staff!
