It is time for our community to take a stand and demand changes & demand these people who abuse the power we entrusted onto are held accountable.

It is time to demand those who make false allegations against another be held accountable and face the consequences of his or her actions. 

​We are telling Steven Kelley's story in hopes we can gain enough attention to get justice & praying to bring him home to his family! Steven was falsely accused of abuse allegations in February 2019, arrested, charged & jailed with NO physical evidence & only hearsay testimony from an unfaithful wife who vowed she would find a way for Steven to NEVER see his boys again, her daughters & an overzealous & corrupt ADA who stated he was out for his own retribution & who allegedly lied to the Grand Jury about having physical evidence & medical proof of rape against Steven & by the DA that was more worried about how to prevent a lawsuit instead of getting true justice. We desperately need prayer warriors to undergird him & for all of us who need him home! There are many who are aware of this injustice but have failed to speak out or help. Steven's family believed they had put their trust & money into an attorney who promised to fight for their son. 

Unfortunately, while in jail awaiting trial to prove his innocence. Steven became a target of extortion and coercion of another inmate. Physical threats were made against his elder parents, leading him to make a bad decision. However, as you will learn throughout the evidence on this website, there was minimum investigation into the Federal crime Steven was charged with & later convicted of at trial. No one questioned Steven. Investigators took the word of a murderer with a history of lying under oath & a lengthy criminal record. No one questioned the inmate who came forward as a witness of the extortion & coercion scheme. No one spoke with Steven's Mother or the customers who all witnessed the same threatening man come to her store around this time on several occasions. No one questioned why Steven warned his family to "be careful and be safe". No one questioned why Steven advised his family not to give any one money if approached.

Steven's attorney was very vocal of his intentions of "sleeping with the federal prosecutor", describing graphic details of what he would like to do during the trial proceedings and even asking her to go for a ride in the "alleged" victim's car on the first night of trial. The attorney & federal prosecutor were openly flirtatious during court. This prosecutor referred to Steven at trial as a child molester and predator or child rapist, though he had never been convicted. The prosecutor did, however, make the statement to Steven's attorney that she, "didn't believe Steven was guilty & wished that he'd never been in jail". This case is now under appeal.

​For more than 3 years now, Steven and his loved ones have been told to keep quiet and let the justice system work. But how can we continue to wait around for justice when our "justice system" is so broken. Our family has tried to reach out to the United States Attorney, Louisiana's Attorney General, and the LA Bar Association with no prevail. The LA Attorney General's office to us to contact the FBI. The FBI told us to contact the LA Attorney General.

Our family was told we could contact the media, but no one will care. Well, WE DO! The truth needs to be told! Can you imagine how it must feel to be told by an official, "they know Steven is innocent", but no one is willing to speak up? We ask that you view our website for more information and sign our Petition, calling for Steven's release, a "proper" and "thorough" federal investigation into the extortion & coercion, for those officials that are elected by the people to be held accountable, and punishment for those responsible for these lies!!!
