We are opposed to any road closures off Silverado Trail —at Fairview Drive and at Hennessey Drive —that prevent Fairview residents from entering or exiting our neighborhood on those streets during the BottleRock and La Onda concerts organized by Latitude 38 (May 24-26 and June 1 and 2). (See https://www.pressdemocrat.com/article/napa/bottlerock-napa-valley/) Closing off these streets to Fairview residents during the concerts will cause us significant delays and major inconvenience.

If Latitude 38 wants closures of any kind at these intersections, we insist that Fairview residents be allowed to enter and exit the neighborhood by showing a driver’s license or a BottleRock “pass” as has been Latitude 38’s years-long practice for the Juarez Street area residents north of the fairgrounds.
