Babysitter crept into girl's room and sexually attacked her

I was a 7 year old innocent little girl who had my innocence robbed by a paedophile. It took me years of CBT & EMDR therapies to find the courage to fight for justice. After reporting it, a video interview, a not guilty plea, a move from Magistrates to Crown Court, nearly a year wait for original court date, a year added again for an adjournment, 14 months added wait for yet another adjournment, turning up for trial to get a changed plea of guilty, a 6 weeks wait for sentencing to then be told the teatime before sentencing day it was adjourned for another 9 weeks, i think our Legal/Justice system is flawed and works in favour of the perpetrators and most certainly not the Victims. I got told not to worry because he went straight on the sex offenders register! So what if we have a sex offenders register…. The public can’t view this! The public don’t know what a risk this person is to children! I don’t know about first but i know i’m not his last victim! There is a paedophile who has pleaded guilty walking the streets freely! He walked freely before his guilty plea and he’s still walking free after his guilty plea! He should have been locked up straight away! Please help me to change these laws and have them locked up on remand where they should be as soon as that guilty plea goes in! I am a grown adult who has had years of suffering and is still left to suffer! Let’s start to make a change now!
