North Park Plaza has been part of this neighbourhood since the 1960s. SmartCentres wants to redevelop the site into 13 residential towers. This level of density reflects developer-driven greed, not what the community can support. Sign the petition and urge the City of Toronto to oppose the proposed Official Plan amendment.
