With only 13 parking spaces for 18 units, our already busy streets will face increased traffic woes and parking challenges, contributing to louder, more disruptive noise levels. These issues don't just make commuting harder, but they also pose serious safety risks to our children, elderly residents, and pedestrians.

Moreover, the introduction of this large-scale development could overburden our local infrastructure and community services, which weren't designed to support such high-density living. The proposed development compromises not just aesthetics but also the safety, privacy, and seamless functioning of our neighbourhood.

We urge Homes NSW, Fairfield Council, and our elected representatives to consider the implications of this proposal seriously. Instead of erecting a towering structure, we propose pursuing a scaled-down, low-rise design that provides modern housing solutions while respecting our community's established character.
