"Thank you for speaking with me this evening. I am concerned about the number of citizens that have been affected by these high water bills. Trust that we are working on processes and arbitration procedures to address citizens concerns.
We will be meeting with a consumer on Friday who will be representing the views of many that have been adversely affected by the same issue.
After that meeting, we will host a public meeting to give citizens the opportunity to voice their concerns. We will notify the public and arrange a covid-safe meeting.
This is a major concern of ours and we are working diligently to meet the expectations of our consumers/citizens. Thank you for bringing these issues to light.
