Stop Organized Harassment

The Issue

Thousands of individuals across the United States are victims of organized harassment campaigns, also known as "gang stalking" or coordinated community harassment; yet receive little to no institutional support or legal protection.

These campaigns can include deliberate social isolation and reputation destruction through coordinated smear campaigns, digital surveillance, phone compromise, online harassment, mail tampering and interference with daily life, coordinated community involvement that leaves victims without local support, and institutional dismissal when victims attempt to report through proper channels including local law enforcement and federal agencies. Victims are frequently dismissed, gaslit, or labeled as mentally unstable rather than investigated seriously. This institutional failure leaves vulnerable people trapped, isolated, financially destabilized, and without recourse or protection. The demographics most frequently targeted include women, minorities, whistleblowers, and individuals who have angered those with community influence or resources.
