It’s hard to speak up on something that seems so invincible ! But what else are we to do ? There’s so many angles we can hit ! If the process starts from the best interest of the child it should end with the best interest of the child ! If the judge states where that child should be . The judge should be mandated to check on the health and wellbeing of that child and his placement.. it shouldn’t take the sole guardian to report and put in totally new paperwork like starting a new case all over again ! The process needs correction! And who else to correct the system besides the people that have to use the system or have used the system! It should work for us ! Things shouldn’t be the same with a court order the way it was without a court order ! Parents need help in these cases when things are not following as the order states!
