The court responded to the case I filed urgently — an urgent motion that, according to procedure, should have been added to the case file within just one day — only after fifteen days, REFUSING to even accept it for consideration. Their excuse? Fabricated and false reasons that do not exist anywhere in my documents. In other words, they are inventing baseless excuses just to create unjustified pretexts, depriving me of any opportunity to know what papers or cases are being presented before the court without my knowledge. Ooooooooh justice! I re-file the urgent motion one more time to issue an order to update me and provide me all the applications in my file in the Superior Court of Justice. Where is the justice?!

It seems that ignoring the voice of a Muslim Canadian woman, a Canadian citizen, who exposes the dangers she faces not only from her ex-husband — who lives in Kuwait, on another continent — but more dangerously, from individuals working within the Canadian government itself, continues to be acceptable. Ever since I made my case public in 2023 — two years ago — these people have been trying to harm me and my children, and to take my children away from me!

It appears that the ongoing attempts and the failure of justice toward a Muslim woman who wears the niqab and holds Canadian citizenship — the continuous attempts to silence her voice — are deliberate and targeted actions. The proof lies in the government’s indifference to the repeated pleas of its citizens for more than two years, calling for an end to the discrimination against Muslims who peacefully and lawfully practice their faith within Canada.

This racism and the real danger do not come from ordinary citizens — but from profissional people in positions of power within the Canadian courts, who can ISSUE any ruling without even allowing me to know its details, and who execute it deceitfully to silence the truth and to take Muslim children away from their mother.

It seems that not every child truly matters, and that the phrase “Every Child Matters,” which Canada celebrates every September to express regret for what happened to Indigenous children, is nothing more than empty words without real action. What is happening in the Superior Court of Justice — the issuing of harsh judgments based on false and fabricated reasons to take children from their parents — has become a DAILY practice in Canada, just like what was done to the Indigenous people’s children, only in a different, more deceptive way that insults the very essence of Canadian justice.

YES! IT IS A DAILY PRACTICE IN CANADA, JUST LIKE WHAT WAS DONE TO THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLE’S CHILDREN, ONLY IN A DIFFERENT, MORE DECEPTIVE WAY THAT INSULTS THE VERY ESSENCE OF CANADIAN JUSTICE.

ALSO............ WHAT HAPPENED WITH VIOLA BY PUTTING HER IN THE JAIL WITHOUT ANY REASON IS ALSO  A DAILY PRACTICE IN CANADA, ONLY IN A DIFFERENT, MORE DECEPTIVE WAY THAT INSULTS THE VERY ESSENCE OF CANADIAN JUSTICE.

Oh Canada… your citizens — Muslim and non-Muslim alike — have sworn to respect and uphold your law. But ignoring their voices is a serious concern that raises suspicions and points fingers at those in power in our own country, who have betrayed their oath to respect the law. They have harmed women and children in Canada through manipulations of the justice system, the immigration system, and beyond — with no justification at all.

And here we are again, repeating the same truth: that the fake justice system in Canada is far more dangerous than anyone can imagine — especially for women and children.

My children and I was protected under Sharia Law — the Law of my Lord — in less than one year, with final judgments issued against my ex-husband in the State of Kuwait by Sunnah Muslim judges, in the personal presence of both parties, myself and my ex-husband. Yet, it seems that the very country whose citizenship I hold and where I have lived for more than four years continues to manipulate its own clear Canadian laws, which explicitly confirm the duty to protect mothers and children within Canada — whether by recognizing foreign judgments issued for their protection before their relocation to Canada, or by applying Canada’s own laws according to the evidence presented before its courts for over three years!

It appears that the delays by Canadian judges and the conspiracies of court employees by all possible means are intentional and tolerated by a government that has shown no concern whatsoever for our voices and continuous calls for justice.

Oh Canada… even if the phrase “Every Child Matters” is just talk without action from your side — for us, it is action before words.

The fear of certain (Masonic) court employees to open my file and provide me with all the documents I submitted to the court since August 2025, despite my repeated requests, is a clear sign of their cowardice — and the cowardice of my ex-husband, who failed to execute all the manipulations they’ve attempted in my file since 2023.

No one will ever silence our voice — not until our very last breath, even if it costs us our lives.

We will not accept to live or die in humiliation.
My children and I are free — through our faith, our belief, and the law of our Creator — no matter the price.

Damn FAKE justice.
Damn a FAKE justice that claims to protect children!
Damn a FAKE justice that pretends to defend women’s rights and safety!
Damn a FAKE justice that denies a Muslim Canadian woman who wears the niqab her legal rights!
Damn a FAKE justice that claims to protect Canadian citizens but fails to stop the corruption of government officials who are the biggest racists against Muslims!

Praise be to ALLAH for the blessing of Islam.
Praise be to ALLAH for the blessing of the divine law — the just law that gave me and my children our rights despite all the conspiracies of the enemies.
Praise be to ALLAH for the racism we face in Canada, which became the greatest proof for my children of the corruption of any law that does not follow His justice.
Praise be to ALLAH that my children have witnessed this discrimination, so they will NEVER forget the fairness of His divine law.
